With the building of brand new outpatient and community hospitals across the UK a new style of catering has been required.
We have developed a style which is commercially focussed and which presents a high street offer to visiting patients and relatives as well as offering a permanent offer to medical and support staff.
Our two offers are Options and Options Retail. Options is based around a café offer which has its foundations in great coffee, cakes and pastries as well as sandwiches, wraps and baguettes. However, in addition to this, we offer hot meals which not only draws in additional revenue but which gives a wider offer not only to the public but to permanent staff as well.
In essence Options is not only a Café but so much more.....
We also offer Options Retail. This is a professionally planned retail shop offer which serves a full range of confectionery and snacks as well as impulse and distress items with a style which is on a par with the very best retail outlets.
We can offer Options and Options Retail as separate entities or as a bundled package.
